  • This is the way I make it: the pasteurised cream arrives from the farm and is ripened for 1.5 to 2 weeks in the cool room. It is then turned into Creme Fraiche by inoculating with a lactic culture and fermenting for about 23 hours - the soured cream is then packaged and set over night before being distributed.
    Serving Suggestions: Suitable to serve with sweet or savoury some of our favourite dishes to serve with creme fraiche are; stir thru your mashed potato for a creamy finish or stir in a teaspoon of dijon mustard to half cup of creme fraiche add some diced capers and serve with your grilled, BBQ or pan fried fish, also a great accompaniment to serve with dessert as it counter balances the sweetness, or with fresh berries a dollop of creme fraiche with some raw honey, for a quick, healthy sweet fix!

When do you deliver:
We deliver through Australia Post once a week, all orders are dispatched on Tuesdays ONLY in the afternoon our local post office and delivered Wednesday, Thursday and Friday via Australia Post Express Post next day delivery.

All orders must be in by Sunday 11:59pm to be included in the weeks dispatch.
