We are an ultra-boutique organic artisan farm specialising in producing rare and unusual produce for the epicurious. Our love is producing seriously significant food, Bunyip Hollow is the realisation of that passion. We describe our work as ‘Experimental Gourmet Agriculture’ and seek to grow foods we love and cannot easily access. As a hands-on paddock-to-plate farm our focus is to maintain the highest of standards, as such quantities are miniscule. Renowned for producing Australia's best pork (fed delicious chestnuts, milk and fruits), a range of unusual gourmet vegetables, plus a huge selection of native produce (bushtucker), Bunyip Hollow offers you tastes of things hard to find. Located in North East Victoria, nestled between the great Murray river and the Australian Alps, near the border of two great states we are blessed with genuine 4 seasons - Cold winters, bright springs, warm summers and mild autumns. Combining rich soils and organic practices, our goal is to produce the most exciting, unusual and hopefully the finest produce we can - and we think succeeding!
