Add 1 teaspoon of Footeside Farm Wattle Seed to a basic pancake recipe such as
1 cup of Self Raising Flour
1 cup of milk
Mix together and pour small amounts into a hot non-stick frying pan. Turn and remove when golden. Great served hot or cold. Pancakes can be frozen and reheated.
Serve topped with your favourites choc syrup and macadamia nuts, mango and yoghurt. Great served with bacon, sausages and eggs.
