1 small onion
25ml olive oil
25ml lime juice
Salt to taste
200g totopos (tortilla chips)
1. Dice tomatoes, onion and jalapeo, then chop coriander.
2. Mash the avocados then combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Serve with La Tortilleria Totopos.
