Garlic Cloves  (Skin on)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to coat) 
A few sprigs of rosemary
Generous pinch of Sea Salt


1. Mix the cloves in bowl with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and rosemary.

2. Place on hot BBQ plate or griddle until scorched (as pictured) or until soft.

Serving suggestions - great as part of tapas, serve with cheese, on crackers, my favourite simply pop straight into mouth!
