Delivery and Order Information

Returns and General Order considerations:
All our parcels are packed with care and for safe journey. We pay particular attention to this aspect. We require signature on delivery for all orders. If your order is damaged at point of delivery, you should reject the delivery and not accept the parcel. All orders we despatch are insured with Australia Post for Damage or Loss. Any damage of the contents should be initially reported to Australia Post, your point of collection of the parcel. Australia Post requires you to complete a FORM PM26 at the Post Office where the parcel is collected. This reports damage in Transit. You will be given a reference no that will activate the Insurance claim process.

You would thereafter have to communicate with Australia Post to claim the value of your order.
We will not accept any claim for replacement of product damaged or not delivered as we have already insured the goods on your behalf for damage and loss prior to despatch.
