  • Nothing can beat fresh new season salted capers. These are absolutely the best way to eat capers. Capers in vinegar taste too much like vinegar but salted capers are more flowery, more like flower buds, which is exactly what they are.
    Capers are a perfect match with garlic, why not try some with our Ananda Rose creole variety or our newly released Purple Stripe Duganski. A match made in heaven.
    Capers are a real standout with your favourite seafood dish.
    Make your very own tartare sauce.
    Toss them through a warm potato salad, smash them into your avocado, a squeeze of lemon juice and then spread onto fresh sour dough bread.
    Try frying them in a little olive oil or butter mmmmmmmmmm, fried capers are delicious and make a great addition to a salad or pasta dish.
    Some people prefer to rinse the salt off the capers but we don't - we love them just the way they are!
