Boiled for 6 hours and cured in our pudding room. Lashings of Barossa brandy and Cooper Extra Stout. These puddings do not contain nuts (other than seeded, Australian raisins), peel, margarine, butter or vegetable oil.

    Each pudding is hand made by us, the Maul family. It's a true family affair with everyone involved in making sure the final product reaches 'it's final destination' in first class condition. Our story of family pudding making has even been featured on ABC's Television's programme, "The Spirit of Christmas". Plus features in Sumptutious, Australian Gourmet Traveller, Maddison and SALife.
