This pure YELLOW BOX (Eucalyptus Melliodora) honey was produced in the Dookie Hills roughly 30km East of Shepparton in Victoria.

Yellow Box is a very popular Australian honey variety; it has a mild and sweet flavour and is light in colour.

This honey is -unfiltered- which means it has come straight off the hive and gone into jars, skipping the filtration process. It has a beautiful waxy flavour as it contains flecks of beeswax from the uncapping process.

This honey has naturally crystallised but is great for spooning into tea or coffee, porridge and cooking.
