Raw Honeys’ pure ORANGE BLOSSOM (Citrus Sinensis) honey was produced on an Orange orchid nearby Mildura on the North-Western tip of Victoria. Our bees were not only busy collecting nectar from the orange tree flower cups but also performing the necessary act of pollination in order for a bumper orange crop. Orange Blossom honey is mild in strength and very light in colour, it has a distinct floral flavour.

This pure RED GUM (Eucalyptus Camaldulensis) honey was produced on the banks of the mighty Murray River near Cobram in Northern Victoria. Commonly known as the River Red Gum, this Australian eucalypt thrives along the banks and flood plains of Victoria’s rivers and creeks. Red Gum is a very popular Australian honey variety; it has a medium-strength flavour and is straw coloured.

Raw Honeys’ pure STRINGYBARK honey (Eucalyptus Macrorhyncha) was produced in the Northern expanse of the Mount Samaria State Park near Swanpool in North-Eastern Victoria. Commonly known as the Red Stringybark, this Australian eucalypt produces a delicious dark coloured honey with a full, bold, but not overly sweet flavour.
