Paw Printz is all about optimum Pet Health. We have created a range of Gourmet Style, Home Made Pet Treats. All Naturally Healthy - Low in Fat. No added Salt or Sugar, Colours, Preservatives or Addivitives - Nothing Artificial. Just Healthy, NATURAL ingredients, in a variety of delicious flavours.

We source Organic where ever possible. All ingredients are ‘Human Grade’ - NO 'Pet' or '2nd' Grade Products are used, with the addition of specific herbs to deal with common animal problems (ie: fresh breath, over weight, flatulence).

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Goods Damaged in Transit
Whilst every care is taken with the packaging of our products, if, in the unfortunate event that your goods are damaged in transit, you should immediately contact Australia Post to seek compensation. Australia Post provides compensation for goods damaged in transit as per their terms and conditions found here: http://auspost.com.au/pdfs/General.pdf. Section G6.4.2 states that the person who received delivery must produce the goods to Australia Post, including all original wrapping and packaging.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any non food purchase you make from Paw Printz, please email info@pawprintz.com.au. in the first instance within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will offer a store credit or a full refund of the purchase price (up to our discretion). Sorry, we can not refund delivery charges on the delivery and return of goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on open food purchases. We suggest you buy a small bag of food for your pet first to see if they like it. Always introduce a new food to your pet gradually over a week or so to minimise the risk of stomach upsets.
