Dukkah originated as a middle Eastern side dish composed of crushed nuts, seeds and spices. Dip some crusty bread in olive oil and then into the Dukkah for a wonderful hors d'œuvre. If you're feeling adventurous, replace the bread with boiled quail eggs or chunks of watermelon!
Alternatively, Dukkah can be added to salads, or used to coat roasted veggies or even to give a tasty outer crust for meat or fish.
This award winning Dukkah has a uniquely Australian flavour, and includes both Lemon Myrtle and Tasmanian Pepperberry among it's carefully selected ingredients.
