Product description:

Our Durif was hand picked and then fermented in open vats for over two weeks. Basket pressed and left to mature in French Oak barrels for a further two years. This traditional wine making technique has produced a full bodied wine with complex flavours and balanced tanins. This wine will keep maturing for many years.
